What it includes
Mow, edge, blow, every two weeks through the growing season. New construction lots come as bare dirt or thin sod, and the first year matters more than any year after it — consistent cutting is what establishes the turf instead of letting the weeds win.
Old walls, old doors
Plenty of south side homes were built before drywall was standard, and mounting into plaster and lath or solid brick takes different anchors and roughly twice the labor. That is why masonry is a separate line on our quote rather than a surprise on the day. Garage doors are the other pattern — anything installed before 1993 has no photo-eye sensors, so an opener replacement here often means adding safety hardware the original install never had. In-wall cable concealment frequently is not possible in these walls, so we price an external raceway instead.
