Why we publish prices
Almost every home services company in San Antonio asks you to book a free estimate. That visit exists so someone can size up your house before naming a number. We would rather post the number, send one vetted person to do the work, and be judged on whether the job was done well.
We assign the contractor and we pay them directly, so nothing is negotiated at your door and no cash changes hands on your porch. Every job carries a one-year workmanship warranty in our name — if something sags, loosens or quits, you call us and we come back at no charge.
Common questions
How much does TV mounting cost?
Flat $179 for anything up to 75 inches on drywall with a stud. Larger screens, brick, stone, tile and over-fireplace installs are quoted separately and shown before you book, never added on the day.
How long does a garage door opener installation take?
About two hours for a standard single door, including programming your remotes, the keypad and the WiFi app. We haul the old unit away for $59 if you want it gone.
How much does a water softener cost installed?
A whole-home system installed on an existing loop is $3,900. If you already purchased a unit, installation alone is $649. Well water setups are quoted separately because the spec changes.
How often do you mow?
Every two weeks from March through November, which is the growing season here. Weekly is available in peak summer if your lot needs it.
