What it includes
Mow, edge, blow, for a standard lot. The first visit runs a bit more because it's usually the overgrown one, or the first time we're seeing your yard's edges and obstacles — every mow after that is booked at the standard rate. New construction lots come as bare dirt or thin sod, and the first year matters more than any year after it — consistent cutting is what establishes the turf instead of letting the weeds win.
Why new builds book first out here
Stone Garden, Anthem and the FM 1628 corridor are filling with Lennar and similar closes that hand you a TV on the floor, a bare opener rail, a dirt lot, and no window coverings. We lead with TV mounting, garage openers and fan installs because those are the jobs every buyer on those streets actually schedules in the first month — not because we invent urgency. Lawn care starts once sod or seed goes down, usually right behind it.

How much does lawn service cost?
$150 for the first mow on a standard lot, $120 every visit after that. Every two weeks from March through November is the usual cadence; weekly is available in peak summer if your lot needs it.
