The first visit runs a bit more because it's usually the overgrown one, or the first time we're seeing your yard's edges and obstacles — every mow after that is booked at the standard rate. New construction lots come as bare dirt or thin sod, and the first year matters more than any year after it — consistent cutting is what establishes the turf instead of letting the weeds win.
Acreage changes the job
Floresville lots run considerably bigger than anything inside Loop 410, and a large share of properties sit on well water rather than municipal supply. Same flat pricing as in town, but tell us if your lot runs oversized before you book lawn service so the visit is sized right. The bookable work today is TV mounting, garage openers, fan installs and lawn care.
