Acreage changes the job
Floresville lots run considerably bigger than anything inside Loop 410, fences run longer, and a large share of properties sit on well water rather than municipal supply. Fence staining and gutter runs quote by linear foot here instead of the flat rate we use in town, and a softener spec for a well is a different piece of equipment than one sized for SAWS water.
