Acreage changes the job
Floresville lots run considerably bigger than anything inside Loop 410, fences run longer, and a large share of properties sit on well water rather than municipal supply. Fence staining and gutter runs quote by linear foot here instead of the flat rate we use in town, and a softener spec for a well is a different piece of equipment than one sized for SAWS water. Detached shops and second structures are common, which is why camera coverage out here usually means more than four.
Blinds + shades questions
Do you supply the blinds?
Yes. The price covers measuring, faux wood or roller shades for a standard three-bedroom, and installation. Specialty sizes and motorized options are quoted separately.
